Food Tech

Today in food technology with Mrs Tuipulotu we learnt her way of making quiche. It was very different from the recipe I had already learnt before. I also wasn't really satisfied with the outcome of our creation. Some of the quiche didn't have a right balance of eggs and bacon in it which wasn't satisfying. Next time my partner and I need to work on keeping each element equal and balanced so that the outcome would be delicious.

  1. Kia ora Seini, thank you very much for your hard work and willingness to share your learning with myself and the leaders from Christchurch yesterday. We really enjoyed your learning. I tried to access your site this morning unfortunately I think it has not been made public.

How was the quiche recipe you made different to the one you already knew. I always put creamed corned into my quiches along with milk, eggs and mixed vegetabless. How did you ensure you have equal measures when making the quiche?

  2. Hi Seini :)
I was there with Mark when you did your presentation - you did such an awesome job!!
I wish I was there when you made your quiche - yum - it would have been good to get one of the overbalanced bacon ones!!
Keep up the fantastic work and blogging!!
